Spring 2010 has some of the hottest shoe trends to date. The caged, gladiator style from last year continues this season with some of the most creative looks around. You can't go wrong with the classic pump. With options of pointy, round or peep toe, your style options are endless. Colour is still a big trend but what's really caught on is the 'nude' shoe.
Shoes that are the same tone as your skin or within the same colour family are what is considered a nude shoe. Consider your skin tone when looking for nude shoes. Of course for darker skin nudes can be caramel to chestnut brown. While lighter skin tones can wear bone, taupe and shades of ivory. This allows you to wear it with any outfit without having to think of coordinating colour.
Wearing a nude shoe will make the leg look leaner and longer. For women who are looking to appear taller or slimmer this is an easy fix to any outfit.

The nude shoe trend is great. I will be all over it. The Gabriella pump is nice and the vintage Georgie boogie/shoe is wicked. Now if only my bank account could afford these!!
