Gucci's collection for spring 2011 was all about a vibrancy that evokes a new sense of sensuality for women. Colors like green, purple and orange were put together in unusual ways. An average person could question the judgement of combinations but, when you actually saw the collection as a whole it was an ode to what Gucci has always be known for; premiere luxury.
A woman's femininity is very evident in this collection with an emphasis on the waist and the hips with the slouchy hip-slung trousers. A little piece of Mediterranean style with a little 70's feel gave it the edge to make a statement at Milan Fashion Week.
