It may be cold outside but retailers are already preparing to bring the latest spring merchandise into stores.  It's the perfect time to take a sneak peak at what's in store for the new season.  Sarah Burton, who is the new designer for Alexander McQueen, does an amazing job of tailoring in the spring 2011 collection.
