Christian Siriano at New York Fashion Week

  New York Fashion week is well underway and designers are showing us what's coming up for next autumn. Right now, it's the middle of winter and for the most part, we can wait for spring.  In the design world it's always exciting to a sneak peek of what's to come.

  Christian Siriano showed his fall collection on the first day on NY Fashion Week.  Before the show Siriano said that his collection was inspired by photographs of black orchids also known as Dracula orchids.  He said he loved that they were beautiful but people wouldn't think of them as beautiful.  This was the basis for his collection which almost had a dark feeling to it.
